About Rachel H Krikorian
While many agents are born into real estate families, Rachel Hrachik Krikorian naturally grew into the industry through her authentic love of helping others. Prior to working in real estate, she was already changing lives as a teacher. Her patience, compassion, and ability to communicate new concepts to young minds quickly endeared her to her students and their parents alike. She still keeps in touch with many of them today! But her work in the school system underscored a new way for Rachel to help people: guiding them through one of the most important financial transactions of their lives.
Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Rachel had already started her own family when a golden opportunity to attain the American dream arose. In 2008, her family picked up stakes and made the big move to the U.S. In the sprawling and diverse landscape of the Greater Los Angeles area, Rachel was thrilled to find her fluency in English, Armenian, and Persian/Farsi regularly tested. Her multilingual talents are yet another way she’s able to accommodate clients from all backgrounds while helping them navigate the twists and turns of contemporary real estate.
Rachel’s gift for coaching helps her clients maintain unwavering confidence through each transaction. She has a knack for evoking a client’s inner potential so that dreams that once seemed impossible become attainable. Listening to each client's specific goals, Rachel keeps in mind the emotional gravity of buying or selling a home and uses her expertise to take the turbulence out of the journey. She actually makes building generational wealth simple, stress-free, and even fun! Her honesty, integrity, and organizational background combine well with her people skills to keep her a trusted resource for her clients long after the closing date.
Rachel recognizes the importance of securing a dream home because her life was personally touched by the process with her own family. She never misses the chance to strengthen their bond through quality time, including family vacations, nature hikes, and swims. She also loves immersing herself in her community through volunteer work.
